How do I remove an autoresponder from my yahoo account?
I am trying to get into groups but yahoo is telling me that I have a autoresponder turned on but I never put one on. When I try to rejoin groups that I lost it says my email is disabled because of the autoresponder. Please help.

You can request that your Auto-reponder status be reset by Yahoo staff. Use the Yahoo Help Form. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/original/general.html
In #8, select “Other”. Make SURE on the first line that you type in “How do I reset auto-responder status?”, then describe what your problem is. Give them some time to check into your problem becaue they have a lot going on right now. Usually, the Y! staff will reset that status immediately. If they reset it for you, they might or might not reply. If they don’t reply and after giving them enough time to deal with it, you can check it yourself by sending a message to the group and see if it goes through.
